Almoosa Health Co. announced the opening of Salmaniyah Medical Center, on Sept. 5 .in Al-Ahsa, and the start of operations and patient services after completing the required licensing procedures with the relevant authorities. 
The center spans a built-up area of 16,800 square meters, making it the company’s third medical center after Al Nakheel Medical Center in Al Hofuf and Al Aziziyah Medical Center in Al Khobar, the health service provider said in a statement to Tadawul.
The center has 66 outpatient clinics, three day-surgery operating rooms, and an emergency department with a capacity of 10 beds. It also provides endoscopy services and a range of medical specialties, including pediatrics, dentistry, dermatology, women’s health, ophthalmology, ENT, among others, in addition to a specialized hair transplant center.
Support services include radiology, laboratory and pharmacy, health education services and a diabetes education center that helps patients adopt healthy lifestyles through specialized nutrition, physical activity and health awareness programs.
The company said the opening of the center is part of its strategy to strengthen its integrated healthcare model and expand its healthcare network, providing multiple levels of care ranging from primary to critical and post-acute care, while meeting patients’ needs through comprehensive, high-quality services.
