Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. said its board of directors appointed Mohammed bin Abdullah Alkhorayef as Chairman and Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al-Duwaish as Vice Chairman. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also approved the appointment of the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul, for all purposes related to the capital market law and regulations.
In addition, the board formed the nominations and remuneration committee for the current board term, comprising Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al-Duwaish (independent), Abdulrahman Aluwais (independent), and Faisal Alfuhaid (non-executive). It also formed the audit and risk committee for the new term.
According to Argaam data, Mohammed Alkhorayef chaired the company’s board since listing in March 2021 until he resigned from his position as board chairman and member in February 2023, due to personal reasons. He was replaced by Abdulaziz Alkhorayef.
