AldawaaMedical Services Co. stated that it was unable to publish its Q1 2026 financial results within the specified regulatory deadline. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company explained that the delay was due to delay in announcing the annual financial results for 2025, which were announced on May 4, 2026. This impacted the audit work related to the preliminary financial results for Q1 2026.
It added that an agreement was reached with the external auditor on a work plan to complete the audit and publish the audited financial results immediately upon completion, within a period of twenty trading sessions.
The company expects to publish the results within the regulatory period of 20 trading sessions.
Trading suspension will continue in accordance with the listing rules, the company said.
