Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co.’s subsidiary, Al Yamamah Company for Reinforcing Steel Bars, completed today, Aug. 24, the signing of a Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement worth SAR 500 million with Arab National Bank (ANB).
In a statement to Tadawul, Al Yamamah Steel said the related procedures will be completed successively.
The seven year-financing, secured by a promissory note will be used to establish a steel billets manfacturing plant.
Al Yamamah Steel confirmed the involvement of no related parties to the deal.
