Al Mawarid Manpower Co. CEO Riyadh Alromizan expects continued demand for the company’s services in both the business and individuals segments during the second quarter of 2026.
He told Argaam that demand during the recent period was supported by the hospitality and entertainment segments, in addition to the public services segment.
Al Mawarid generated higher gross income from the corporate segment, thanks to an 18% rise in the average number of workforce employees, while gross income from the individuals segment also increased alongside a 19% rise in the average workforce numbers, as well as improved utilization rates and pricing, he added.
Regarding the company’s cash dividend policy, Alromizan explained that the board of directors is working on a suitable and balanced dividend policy that achieves investors’ ambitions while maintaining the continuity of the company’s growth plans.
According to Argaam data, the company’s profit rose to SAR 52.2 million by the end of Q1 2026, from SAR 29.9 million recorded in the prior-year period.
