Al-Fakhera Men’s Tailoring Co. acquired a portfolio of trademarks from Savile Row Co. for SAR 39.18 million.

In a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 7, the company said the transaction includes the acquisition of the trademarks Hamza, More, Lomar, and Shemagh Al Shaer, which are registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), under the clothing category.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

The transaction terms include the final assignment and transfer of ownership of the aforementioned trademarks and their IP rights, along with certain equipment and assets, to Al-Fakhera directly or to a wholly owned subsidiary.

The acquisition, financed through available credit facilities, was decided on Oct. 20, 2025.

The company said the transaction, which is set to have a positive impact on revenue and profit, aims to support its business and projects, expand its market share, and strengthen its product portfolio.

Al-Fakhera noted that the positive financial impact already began to be reflected in its annual financial statements for 2025 and the subsequent periods.

According to data available with Argaam, Al-Fakhera’s consolidated financial statements for 2025 showed that the group entered into a sale and assignment agreement with Savile Row on Oct. 20, 2025.

Under the agreement, the company acquired several trademarks, namely Lomar, Hamza, More, and Shemagh Al Shaer, in addition to certain property, equipment, and inventory.

The agreement did not include the transfer of any debts, operating liabilities, employment contracts, lease agreements, or any other existing or future financial obligations.

The transaction was valued at SAR 39.18 million and was financed through a SAR 40 million financing facility from Arab National Bank (ANB).
