ACWA Power Co.’s (Acwa) board of directors, approved on April 8 the resignation of Raad Al-Saadi from his position as Vice Chairman, while he will continue to serve as a managing director.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Yazeed Alhumied was appointed as Vice Chairman until the end of the current board term.
These changes will take effect starting from the date of the board’s decision.
