RIYADH — A man was arrested in Riyadh for sexually harassing a woman and assaulting another person. Riyadh police said that initial investigations revealed that the man was suffering from mental health issues. Legal procedures have been initiated against him, they said. Meanwhile, two expatriates were arrested for engaging in acts contrary to public decency at a massage parlor in the southern Jazan region. The arrests were made in a joint security operation, carried out by Jazan police, in coordination with the General Directorate for Community Security and Combating Human Trafficking. Public Security said that the suspects were referred to the Public Prosecution after taking the necessary legal procedures. The Jazan mayoralty has completed the procedures of imposing penalties for municipal violations from the part of the erring massage center.
