In an interview with Al Arabiya Business, Hariz said Kingdom Hospital in Riyadh was also affected by nearby roadworks. This led to a 9% year-on-year (YoY) decline in outpatient visits in Q3 2026.

The weaker performance of both hospitals reduced their combined profits by around SAR 31 million in Q3 2026, accounting for most of the company’s approximately SAR 32 million decline in net profit, excluding non-recurring items.

Dallah Healthcare had previously reported a 55% YoY decline in government long-term care patients at Dallah Namar Hospital in Q3 2026. Meanwhile, cash-paying and insurance patients increased 19% over the same period, according to Argaam’s data.
