Inmar Co. for Real Estate Development and Investment’s board of directors recommended on Oct. 11 the company’s dividend policy for the 2027, 2028 and 2029.
According to a statement to Tadawul today, the proposed policy aims to distribute annual cash dividends with a targeted minimum as follows:
Targeted Dividend
Year
Dividend/share (SAR)
2027
0.80
2028
1.00
2029
1.20
The company said dividends will be distributed semiannually after the general assembly authorizes the board to do so, based on financial results and available cash flows and subject to meeting the relevant regulatory requirements.
Dividend distributions under the policy will be subject to the company’s financial results, availability of distributable profits, liquidity and cash flow levels, financing obligations, capital and investment requirements, growth and expansion plans, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
Inmar pointed out that the targeted minimum does not constitute an unconditional obligation on the company. The dividend policy may be reviewed or amended in the event of material changes to the company’s strategy, business, financial position, cash flows, financing obligations or investment requirements, or as a result of regulatory requirements or other factors that the board considers to affect the company’s ability to distribute dividends, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The company added that details of each dividend distribution, including the eligibility and distribution dates, will be announced in due course in line with the relevant regulatory requirements. The proposed dividend policy remains subject to the approval of the general assembly.
According to Argaam data, Inmar’s profit rose to SAR 69.6 million in H1 2026, compared with SAR 64.9 million in the year-earlier period.
The company distributed 3%, or SAR 0.30 per share, cash dividend for H1 2026.
