Alandalus Property Co. said its board of directors decided not to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for H1 2026. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the decision aims to support and strengthen its financial position and finance new projects in line with the company’s growth strategy.
According to Argaam data, Alandaluslast distributed cash dividends to shareholders at 2.5% of capital, or SAR0.25 per share, for H1 2025.
