Rawasi Albina Investment Co. said it remains unable to publish its interim financial results for the period ended June 30, 2026, as the final review of the financial statements is still underway in coordination with its external auditor and other relevant parties.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it needs more time to complete reconciliations and financial adjustments related to several accounts and ongoing projects, as well as obtain outstanding confirmations and supporting documents from external parties.

The company said it needs more time to complete the review and ensure the accuracy of its financial statements. The delay comes as Rawasi carries out a financial restructuring plan that includes rescheduling some debt and liabilities, diversifying revenue and funding sources, and improving cash flow management.

Rawasi will publish the financial results once they are finalized and approved. It will also provide monthly updates on the delay and disclose any material developments without delay.

As the company failed to publish the results within the 20 trading sessions following the initial suspension, trading in its shares will be suspended again from Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, until the results are released and the relevant requirements are met.

Tadawul suspended trading on Rawasi shares for one session in September after the company failed to publish its financial statements within the regulatory deadline. Trading was then resumed for 20 sessions through Oct. 1, with the shares subject to re-suspension from Oct. 4 if the financial statements remained unpublished.
