Purity expects to publish its financial results no later than Oct. 29.
The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the suspension of trading in Purity for Information Technology shares for one trading session, today, Oct. 1.
In a statement, Tadawul said the suspension was due to Purity’s failure to announce its financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, within the statutory deadline set out in the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, based on the exchange’s powers under the Listing Rules and the procedures for suspending trading in listed securities.
Trading in the company’s shares will resume for 20 trading sessions starting Oct. 4, following the session during which trading was suspended. The company must publish its financial statements before the end of Oct. 29, it added.
If the company fails to announce its financial statements within the period referred to in paragraph (2), trading in the shares will be suspended again starting Nov. 1, until the financial statements are announced.
According to Argaam data, Purity announced on Sept. 30 that it was unable to publish its annual financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, on Tadawul website within the statutory deadline, as the external auditor had not yet completed the approval of the annual financial statements.
The company said the expected date for publishing its financial results is within the statutory period of 20 trading sessions, no later than Oct. 29.
