The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) announced today, Sept. 30, the results of eligibility verification for applicants to the second year of the Real Estate Balance Program (Tawazoun), following the verification of application data based on approved criteria and through digital integration with relevant government entities. 
Applicants can view their results through their accounts on Tawazoun Platform. Eligible applicants will be entered into the electronic lottery for available residential plots under the program’s second year, ahead of completing subsequent procedures under the approved regulatory mechanism.
Starting tomorrow, Oct. 1, and for 30 days, ineligible applicants can submit electronic objections and attach supporting justifications and documents through their accounts on the platform.
Objections will be reviewed and decided on in accordance with approved procedures and regulations. Applicants whose objections are accepted will be added to the list of those eligible for the electronic lottery.
The commission has dedicated several channels to assist applicants and answer inquiries, including the unified call center at 19998, electronic tickets through the platform, appointments at the Beneficiary Services Center, and its social media channels.
