Almasar Alshamel Education Co. said it extended a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Al Qalam Educational Trading Co. to assess the potential acquisition of a 60% stake of its capital for two months, from Oct. 1, 2026, to Nov. 30, 2026.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said there were no changes to the MoU terms, adding that the extension is intended to complete the due diligence procedures and negotiate the final binding agreements.
