Dallah Healthcare Co. ‘s board of directors appointed Muteab Altukeas as Chief Executive Officer on Sept. 29, effective Sept. 30, following his tenure as acting CEO. 
Altukeas holds a master’s degree in project management from Heriot-Watt University in the UK and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from King Saud University, according to a statement to Tadawul today, sept. 30.
He has more than 15 years of professional and leadership experience across strategy, project management, and mergers and acquisitions.
He has served as Chief Strategy Officer at Dallah Health since 2022.
From 2017 to 2022, he served as the company’s General Manager of Strategy and Project Management Office.
He also has experience serving on boards and committees and overseeing strategic projects and investments.
Altukeas holds several professional certifications and has completed a number of executive and specialized programs, including a mergers and acquisitions program at Harvard University, as well as executive and finance programs at London Business School, the statement added.
According to data available with Argaam, Dallah Health announced last August the resignation of Ahmed Babaeer as CEO and the appointment of Muteab Altukeas as acting CEO, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
