Ceer is focused on the Saudi market before expanding into other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets, CEO James DeLuca said. 
In an exclusive statement to Argaam, DeLuca said Ceer plans to launch its vehicles in Saudi Arabia in 2027, followed by expansion into GCC markets in 2028 under its current business plan.
He said Ceer expects its vehicles to attract global demand, but its current strategy is focused on Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Further expansion plans will be determined based on future developments.
