Batterjee Holding is restructuring its operations in preparation for an initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in 2028, Asharq News reported, citing Chairman, Mazen Batterjee. 
These preparations coincide with plans to expand the company’s brand, manufacturing and distribution activities inside and outside Saudi Arabia.
He added that the company signed a strategic distribution partnership with Tamer Arabia and Tamer Medical to expand the reach of its Nunu baby care products in the Saudi market, leveraging the two companies’ distribution networks and market expertise.
The company aims to increase Nunu sales in Saudi Arabia to around SAR 500 million by 2027, as part of its plan to boost revenue and expand the brand’s presence in the baby care products market.
Batterjee Holding was established in 1982 as the industrial arm of the Batterjee Group of Companies and operates in the production of pharmaceuticals, baby care products, personal healthcare products, and medical supplies and equipment.
