Knowledge Economic City (KEC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), on Sept. 7, with Kaden Investment Co. to establish a general framework for cooperation to develop Multaqa Almadinah 2, a mixed-use project within Knowledge Economic City in Madinah.
The project is located on a land plot spanning approximately 92,040 square meters (sqm), with an estimated total built-up area of approximately 229,120 sqm.
