The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) reclassified 10 companies listed on the Main Market (TASI) and Nomu-Parallel Market based on the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), effective as of today, Sep. 7.

In a statement, Tadawul said this included four TASI-listed companies and six others on Nomu.

TASI:

1- Jabal Omar Development Co. (4250) has been reclassified under the Consumer Discretionary sector at Level 1 and Consumer Services at Level 2.

2- Taiba Investments Co. (4090) has been reclassified under the Consumer Discretionary sector at Level 1 and Consumer Services at Level 2.

3- AYYAN Investment Co. (2140) has been reclassified under the Consumer Staples sector at Level 1 and Food Products at Level 2.

4- Fitaihi Holding Group (4180) has been reclassified under the Consumer Discretionary Retail Distribution sector at Level 2.

Nomu:

1- Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Co. (9631) has been reclassified under the Industrials sector at Level 1 and the Capital Goods sector at Level 2.

2- Service Equipment Co. (9633) has been reclassified under the Consumer Discretionary sector at Level 1 and Consumer Discretionary Retail Distribution at Level 2.

3- Anmat Technology for Trading Co. (9639) has been reclassified under the Information Technology sector at Level 1 and IT Services Applications at Level 2.

4- National Signboards Industry Co. (Sign World) (9645) has been reclassified under the Information Technology sector at Level 1 and Technology Hardware Equipment at Level 2, a newly added sector.

5- Multi Business Group Co. (9619) has been reclassified under the Capital Goods sector at Level 2.

6- Al-Fakhera Men’s Tailoring Co. (9618) has been reclassified under Consumer Discretionary Retail Distribution at Level 2.
