Tabuk Cement Co. signed today, Sept. 7, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with International Tataloat Co. to sell clinker and cement. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Tataloat will purchase and export quantities of clinker and Portland cement.
The company expects the MoU to generate SAR 27 million in additional revenue over its six-month term, which starts from the signing date, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
