Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the suspension of trading in the shares of four Nomu-listed companies for one trading session today, Sept. 2, namely Rawasi Al Bina, Ghida Al-Sultan, Alhasoob, and Amwaj. 
In a statement, Tadawul said the trading halt came due to the companies’ failure to announce their financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026, within the statutory period specified in the rules on the offering of securities and continuing obligations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) board.
Trading in the companies’ shares will resume for 20 trading sessions starting Sept. 3, provided that the companies publish their financial statements no later than Oct. 1.
Tadawul added that if any of the companies fails to announce its financial statements within the period, trading in its shares will be suspended again starting Oct. 4, until the company announces its financial statements.
