Saudi Arabia has set initial price guidance for a two-tranche US dollar-denominated sukuk offering, Reuters reported, citing fixed-income news service IFR.
The initial price guidance for the benchmark-sized five-year sukuk was set at 100 basis points over US Treasury yields, while the initial price guidance for the 10-year tranche was set at 110 bps over US Treasury yields, the agency stated.
It added that Citi, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JPMorgan, and Standard Chartered were tapped by Saudi Arabia as global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the offering.
The Kingdom also appointed Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, BNP Paribas, Dubai Islamic Bank, Fubon Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, AlJazira Capital, and Société Générale as passive joint lead managers for the offering.
