Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) signed a revenue-sharing agreement with Education Development Holding Co., through its subsidiary Tatweer Educational Technologies Co. (TETCO)—the strategic arm of the Ministry of Education.

solutions will contribute to the development and enhancement of “Madares”, the unified national platform for private-sector services in Saudi Arabia’s education sector, the tech firm said in a statement to Tadawul today, Sept. 1.

The contract value, over the five-year term, could exceed 10% of solutions’ revenue, based on the audited annual financial statements for 2025. The actual value will depend on revenues generated under the agreed revenue-sharing model.

The contract covers the development and enhancement of the digital platform and its services, as well as the implementation of a number of operational tasks related to the platform. The financial impact is expected to reflect in the company’s financial statements starting in Q1 2027.

The company said the agreement builds on solutions’ strategic focus on expanding public-private partnerships and implementing sustainable revenue-sharing business models, strengthening its role as a strategic digital partner contributing to the development of national digital services and creating sustainable shared value.

It added that the agreement further strengthens Madares’ role as more than just a technology interface, positioning it as the unified platform connecting the Ministry of Education with the private sector and beneficiaries.

The platform helps organize and facilitate the service journey, enhance transaction reliability and enable investment growth in the education sector.

According to data available on Argaam, solutions revenue stood at SAR 12.73 billion in 2025.
