The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing said a total of 7 million sqm of undeveloped land in Asir entered development programs, as part of the implementation of the White Land and Vacant Property Fees Law.
In a statement, the Ministry said the area includes 1.5 million sqm of land that has been developed, in addition to 5.5 million sqm currently under development. This is expected to enhance the utilization of undeveloped land and support an increase in the supply of real estate and housing in the region.
