Arabian Drilling Co. said the contract signed with a new client in a GCC country was entered into with Masirah Oil Limited and Northern Offshore Ltd. on Aug. 17 for the drilling of two confirmed wells and two optional wells in Oman.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract value is less than 5% of total revenue, based on its audited financial statements for 2025.

The contract will expire upon completion of the well drilling operations.

The company noted that there is no additional financial impact beyond what was disclosed in its previous announcement.

It added that the contract’s financial impact is expected to be reflected in its results in 2026.

According to data available with Argaam, Arabian Drilling signed on Aug. 18 a contract with a new client in one of the GCC countries.

The company also reported revenue of SAR 3.4 billion in 2025.
