Riyad Bank announced the successful conclusion of its public offering for the additional tier 1 capital sukuk denominated in Saudi Riyals on August 3, 2026. The offering achieved results exceeding announced targets, reaffirming investor confidence in the Bank’s position and financial strength.

The issuance witnessed widespread investor demand, with total orders reaching SAR 13.6 billion and oversubscribed coverage nearly reaching 300% from the original size. Accordingly, the Bank upsized the issuance to SAR 10 billion. The offering attracted over 25 thousend individual, institutional, corporate, financial, investment funds and charitable investors.

This issuance is part of Riyad Bank’s Sukuk Program aimed at diversifying funding sources and strengthening the Bank’s capital base, supporting its sustainable growth strategy and enhancing its capacity to meet customers’ needs while financing investment opportunities across various economic sectors in the Kingdom.
