The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) recorded sales exceeding SAR10.7 billion in the first half of 2026. 
During the period, 3,089 real estate and movable assets were sold through 814 in-person and online auctions held across the Kingdom, SPA reported.
Infath highlighted its commitment to enhancing the efficiency of sales and liquidation processes and expediting the recovery of entitlements. The center said it continues to provide an integrated sales and liquidation experience by developing innovative solutions, leveraging technology and expertise, building effective partnerships, and empowering the private sector.
Infath is an independent government center that oversees the sale and liquidation of fixed and movable assets referred to it by judicial and government entities, as well as the private sector and individuals. It assigns the assets to specialized entities and supervises their work to help accelerate the recovery of rights and improve beneficiary satisfaction.
