Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. announced that Appeal Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (ACRSD) has issued its ruling in the lawsuit against Middle East Financial Investment Co. (MEFIC Capital), manager of the Saudi Film Fund. 
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the committee upheld the lower committee’s ruling.
Tihama filed the lawsuit against MEFIC Capital in October 2025 over its role as manager of the Saudi Film Fund (SFF), according to Argaam’s data.
In May 2026, Tihama said the committee had dismissed its claims against MEFIC Capital and that it would appeal the decision before the competent authority within the statutory deadline.
