Under the patronage of HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Qassim Region, Atmal, the business process outsourcing (BPO) arm of alrajhi bank, signed two memoranda of understanding, one with the Qassim branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the other with the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf). The agreements reflect alrajhi bank’s commitment to investing in human capital, supporting national Saudization targets, contributing to local content development, and strengthening strategic partnerships, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Vice Chairman of Atmal’s Board of Directors and Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Fadha, General Manager of the Financial Group at alrajhi bank, while Naif Al-Dahmashi, CEO of Atmal, signed on behalf of the company. The first memorandum, with the Ministry’s Qassim branch, is aimed at expanding investment opportunities in human capital, while the second, with Hadaf, focuses on deepening the partnership to support sustainable empowerment, raise Saudization efficiency, and strengthen the readiness of national talent for the labor market.
The two agreements build on alrajhi bank’s broader strategy of driving economic and social development through its subsidiaries. Atmal continues to expand its developmental footprint in the Qassim region through partnerships with government entities and academic institutions, infrastructure development, and the creation of sustainable job opportunities, having built 12 strategic partnerships in the region as part of an operating model centered on national talent investment and local development. Since launching operations in 2022, Atmal’s workforce has grown from 453 to more than 4,000 employees, with women now representing over 90 percent of its workforce, underscoring the company’s role in advancing Saudization and expanding national talent participation in the labor market.
Naif Al-Dahmashi, CEO of Atmal, said the two memoranda mark a new step in the company’s journey to expand its impact on human capital development through effective partnerships with government entities and an operating model that raises labor market efficiency, in step with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. He added that Atmal continues to solidify its position as one of the Kingdom’s leading business process outsourcing companies by investing in national talent, developing job opportunities, and building partnerships that support economic and social development, extending his thanks to the Emir of Qassim Region for his continued support in accelerating the company’s growth and strengthening its partnerships across the region’s key sectors.
Atmal has contributed to the employment of more than 800 individuals from social security beneficiaries, as part of the bank’s efforts to support Saudization and empower national talent in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The company processes more than 100 million transactions and handles more than 30 million calls annually.
