Advanced Building Industries Co. (SENAAT) said that its subsidiary, Advance Construction Solutions Co. for Projects (ZODCON), signed a SAR 232.74 million contract, excluding VAT, with HAMAT to execute a project. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project covers all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works for an integrated shopping mall in Makkah.
It noted that the contract was awarded and signed on July 30, with a term of 15 months.
There are no relate parties to the deal, the statement added.
The company expects the contract’s financial impact to begin reflecting in its financial statements in Q4 2026 and anticipates a positive impact on its financial results.
