Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO)said it signed an agreement with Cigalah Healthcare as a second distributor through its subsidiaries, Cigalah Medical Warehouse in the UAE and Cigalah Gulf Medical in Qatar. 
The agreement is subject to terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties, SPIMACO said in a statement to Tadawul.
The five-year agreement is renewable for an additional two years. No fixed contract value was specified, as the value will depend on the volume of future operations in the targeted markets.
The distribution agreements will have no financial impact, the statement said.
