Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health’s Aseer Cluster awarded Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) a project to maintain and repair medical devices and equipment at hospitals and health centres in the Asir region.
The project is valued at SAR 199.7 million, including VAT, the Tadawul-listed firm said in a statement today, July 26.
The financial impact of the project is expected to begin in Q4 2026.
Equipment House noted that the award decision does not create any legal or financial obligations for either party until the contract is signed by all parties.
The company also stated that it retains all its statutory rights.
The company will announce any material developments related to the project in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, the statement added.
