LIVA expects the contract by BSF to have a financial impact on its 2026 results
LIVA Insurance Co. said it bagged a contract to offer group life insurance services from Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said the value of the one-year contract exceeds 10% of its total insurance revenue, based on the audited 2025 financial statements.
LIVA expects the contract to have a financial impact on its 2026 results.
The contract was awarded in the ordinary course of business, with no preferential benefits granted, the statement said.
According to Argaam data, LIVA’s revenue stood at approximately SAR 575.03 million by the end of 2025. Accordingly, 10% of the revenue amounts to about SAR 57.5 million.
