Saudi Darb Investment Co. said it received notice on July 20 from its legal counsel, Ahmed Othman Al Hogail Partners Law Firm and Legal Consultations, that six enforcement requests had been filed with the Riyadh Enforcement Court.

The requests target former board members who served during the term from Feb. 10, 2010, to Feb. 9, 2013.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it will disclose any further material developments in due course.

According to Argaam data, Saudi Darb previously announced that the Appeals Committee has upheld the ruling of the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD), requiring former board members, jointly and severally, to pay nearly SAR 68.7 million in compensation and SAR 500,000 in legal fees.
