Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO)said its board appointed Wael Jamjoom (independent) as Chairman and Rehab Bakhsh (non-executive) as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The board also approved the formation of board committees and appointed the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).
