Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a SAR 69.59 million contract, excluding VAT, with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 30-month contract covers the operation and maintenance of Group 1 treated water facilities and networks in Riyadh.
The company said the project’s financial impact began to be reflected in Q2 2026.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
AWPT also noted that it received the fully executed contract on July 19, after all relevant parties completed the signing process, prompting the disclosure.
According to data available with Argaam, AWPT announced in April 2026 that it had been awarded the contract by RCRC for the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of Group 1 treated water facilities and networks in Riyadh.
