CATRION Catering Holding Co. signed an additional contract on July 12 with Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) to provide in-flight catering services, with an estimated value of SAR 105 million.
The company said in a Tadawul filing that the three-year contract will be reflected on its financial results in Q3 2026.
The company noted that the deal has the following related parties, Mohammed Al-Sarhan, Faisal Sabbagh, and Abdulwahab Al-Butairi.
In December 2019, CATRION renewed its aircraft catering contract with Saudia for a period of 10 years, with an estimated contract value of approximately SAR 12 billion, according to Argaam data.
