Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khatib announced the launch of the pilot phase of the Tourism Package Visa, which comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the visitor journey, facilitate access to the Kingdom, and mark a new step toward delivering a more integrated and seamless travel experience for visitors from around the world. 
The tourism ecosystem will continue to improve the visitor experience in Saudi Arabia through a comprehensive set of initiatives and services that have made it easier to visit the Kingdom and enriched the overall tourism journey, reinforcing its position as a leading global destination,” Al-Khatib said, In a post on “X” website.
The Tourism Package Visa enables tourists to obtain a tourist visa as part of an approved travel package booked through one of the participating travel and tourism agencies. The package includes airline tickets, accommodation at a licensed tourism hospitality facility, and the issuance of an electronic tourist visa, all within a single integrated booking experience.
