Saudi Fisheries shareholders approved the auditor’s report for 2025
Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) said its shareholders rejected the proposed board bonus of SAR 527,260 for 2025 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 28.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also rejected discharging the board from liability for last year.
Meanwhile, shareholders approved the appointment of Baker Tilly Co. as the company’s auditor, the statement added.
The auditor will audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3, and the annual statements for 2026, as well as for Q1 2027. The audit fees were set at SAR 485,000, excluding VAT.
Shareholders also approved the auditor’s report for 2025, the statement added.
