Yamama Cement to add approximately 12,500 tons per day of clinker once operating its third production line (formerly Line 7) on July 1, 2026.

Yamama Cement Co. announced in a statement on Tadawul the commencement of commercial operation of its third production line (formerly Line 7), with a daily clinker production capacity of approximately 12,500 tons, effective July 1, 2026.

According to Argaam data, the Saudi-listed firm signed an SAR 830 million contract in November 2022 with China’s Sinoma Overseas Development Co., Ltd to relocate the seventh line from its old Riyadh plant to the new Al-Halal North site in Al-Kharj.

In March, the company began a three-month trial operation phase for the project.
