2P awarded a SAR 51.49 million contract to operate a unified contact center for a government entity
Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) was awarded a contract on June 11 to operate a unified contact center for a government entity, with a total value of SAR 51.49 million, inclusive of VAT. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project includes establishing and fully equipping a beneficiary service center headquarters, including infrastructure and technology systems. This also includes providing technology solutions, as well as technical support and development services.
In addition, the project covers the provision and training of contact center personnel, as well as managing the centers’ operational and administrative activities for a period of 36 months.
