Aqaseem shareholders approve other items on agenda

Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. shareholders denied approval for discharging board members from liability for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders approved the transactions and contracts conducted between the company and Leader Express for Car Services, in which board members Mohammed Al-Dosari and Faisal Al-Zahrani have an indirect interest. The transactions consisted of sales totaling SAR 7.5 million during 2025 and were conducted without any preferential terms.

The company added that shareholders approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda.
