Advanced Building Industries Co. (SENAAT) said its subsidiary, Gulf Insulation Group, applied to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to register its shares and proceed with an initial public offering (IPO). 
The company also submitted a request to Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul) to list its shares on the Main Market (TASI).
In a statement to Tadawul, SENAAT said the proposed offering remains subject to the relevant regulatory procedures and requirements, including, but not limited to, obtaining the CMA’s approval for the offering and Tadawul’s approval for listing.
The offering is also subject to the completion of all related requirements.
Any material developments will be announced in due course, the statement added.
