Musad Aldaood, Mayor of Holy Makkah.
Holy Makkah Municipality seeks to raise pilgrim satisfaction from 92% last year to 94% during the Hajj season this year, Musad Aldaood, Mayor of Holy Makkah, told Al Eqtisadiah.
The satisfaction targets for both years exceed Saudi Vision 2030 goals, he added.
The municipality places food safety and service quality among its top priorities, alongside improving the quality of roads and parks. It has also prepared an operational and service system staffed by more than 22,000 personnel.
This year’s efforts are not limited to health oversight but also include improving the quality of meals served to pilgrims in line with the diversity of nationalities and food cultures.
