In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the decision aims to support any future expansion activities, preserve liquidity, and strengthen the financial position of the company.
According to data available with Argaam, MBC’s net profit declined to SAR 382.5 million in 2025, compared to SAR 400 million in the year-earlier period.
The company has not distributed dividends since its listing on TASI in January 2024.
