Derayah Financial Co., manager of Derayah REIT Fund, said it was notified by its legal counsel of a final ruling dismissing a lawsuit filed by the former Smart Tower tenant, Al Thamra Al Hadetha Co., for lack of legal standing. 
In a statement to Tadawul, it said Riyadh General Court ruling became final after the statutory appeal period expired.
The fund confirmed there is no financial impact from the ruling.
