Anaam International Holding Group announced that the book value of its equity in Wasit Saudi Arabia for Entertainment and Beauty Systems (a closed joint stock company) amounts to SAR 13.67 million, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
Anaam signed on April 12, an agreement to sell its entire stake in Wasit Saudi Arabia for Entertainment and Beauty Systems for a total value of SAR 38.18 million, data available with Argaam showed.
Anaam also said it held 1.07 million shares in Wasit, representing 63% of the total capital.
