Saudi Arabia’s non-oil trade surplus with GCC countries reached approximately SAR 19.5 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 143% compared to the same period in 2024. The total non-oil trade volume stood at around SAR 62.5 billion.

Saudi non-oil merchandise exports and re-exports to GCC countries rose to nearly SAR 41 billion in Q4 2025, a 53% year-on-year (YoY) increase. This included SAR 30.5 billion in re-exports and SAR 10.5 billion in domestic exports.

On the other hand, Saudi merchandise imports from GCC countries amounted to about SAR 21.5 billion, up 14% YoY, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics.

The UAE accounted for the largest share of Saudi Arabia’s non-oil trade with GCC countries, with a non-oil trade surplus of around SAR 16 billion.
