Saudi Arabia’s merchandise imports reached approximately SAR 247.7 billion in Q4 2025, up 5% year-on-year (YoY), marking the highest quarterly level since 2017.
Compared to the previous quarter, imports increased by SAR 7.9 billion, or 3%, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics.
The most imported goods during the quarter were machinery, electrical equipment, and their parts, representing 31% of total imports, as well as transport equipment (vehicles, aircraft, and ships), accounting for 14%.
